    電容儲能點焊機點焊的焊點如果質量良好,無論從外觀還是從焊核內部都是沒有缺陷的。從外觀看,焊點是表面平整,無燒傷、壓痕深等各種缺陷。從內部看,應有尺寸合適的焊核,焊核應是很致密的鑄造組織,核內不能有縮孔、疏松、裂紋等缺陷。
