主電源電路由電阻焊接變壓器，晶閘管單元，主電源開關(guān)，焊接電路等組成。目前，我們使用的焊接設(shè)備是單相工業(yè)頻率交流電阻焊接機，功率為200kVA，二次輸出電壓為20V。由于生產(chǎn)了多個串聯(lián)模型，焊鉗要焊接高強度鋼板和低碳鋼板，并且焊鉗的槍臂要傳遞較大的機械力和電流。因此，焊鉗的強度，剛度和發(fā)熱要滿足一定的要求。并且要具有良好的導(dǎo)電性和導(dǎo)熱性。同時，焊鉗要用水冷卻。因此，選擇了可以承受400kg壓力的新型焊鉗。

At the same time, the welding tongs should be cooled with water. Therefore, a new type of welding tongs which can bear 400kg pressure is selected.
