    自動焊接設備的類型及組成

    1、剛性焊接設備

    1. Rigid welding equipment

    也可稱為初級自動化設備,大部分是根據開環控制原理設計的。雖然設備自動完成整個焊接過程,但無法對整個過程中參數的波動進行閉環反饋控制,也無法隨機修正可能出現的偏差。

Although the equipment automatically completes the entire welding process, it cannot provide closed-loop feedback control for parameter fluctuations throughout the entire process, nor can it randomly correct possible deviations.

    是一種自動化程度高的焊接設備,裝有電子傳感電路和傳感器,自動引導和跟蹤焊縫軌跡,對主要參數實行閉環反饋控制。整個焊接過程將按照預設的程序和工藝參數自動完成。

    It is a highly automated welding equipment equipped with electronic sensing circuits and sensors, which automatically guide and track the trajectory of the weld seam, and implement closed-loop feedback control on the main parameters.     自動焊接設備的組成:

    1、焊接電源、其輸出功率、焊接特性需要與建議的工藝方法相匹配,并配有連接到主控制器的接口。

    1. The welding power source, its output power, and welding characteristics need to be matched with the recommended process method, and equipped with an interface connected to the main controller.

    2、送絲機及其調速控制系統對于送絲機速度控制精度要求較高的送絲機,控制電路需要加速度反饋。

    3、焊頭。其運動機構由焊頭、焊頭支撐架、懸掛小車等組成,低于焊頭機構,其驅動系統需要采用帶編碼器的伺服電機。

    3. Welding head. Its motion mechanism consists of a welding head, a welding head support frame, a suspension car, etc., which is lower than the welding head mechanism. Its driving system needs to use a servo motor with an encoder.

    4、行走機構,如焊輥架、頭尾架翻轉機、轉臺、變位機等,活動行走機構需要由伺服電機驅動。

    5、主控制器,又稱系統控制器,主要用于自動焊接設備各部件的鏈接控制,焊接程序的控制,焊接和擴展主要參數的設置、調整和顯示故障診斷和人機對話等控制功能。

The main controller, also known as the system controller, is mainly used for the linkage control of various components of automatic welding equipment, the control of welding programs, the setting, adjustment, and display of main parameters for welding and expansion, as well as control functions such as fault diagnosis and human-machine dialogue.

    6、計算機軟件。設備中常用的軟件有編程軟件、功能軟件、系統和工藝方法軟件等。

    7、送絲系統、循環水冷卻系統、流量回收輸送裝置、焊絲架、拖鏈及電纜軟管機構結構設計、三部分電控設計等輔助裝置。

    7. Auxiliary devices such as wire feeding system, circulating water cooling system, flow recovery and conveying device, welding wire frame, drag chain and cable hose structure design, and three part electrical control design.

    8、焊頭跟蹤或導向機構、弧壓自動控制器、焊槍偏航及監控系統。

    8. Welding head tracking or guiding mechanism, arc pressure automatic controller, welding gun yaw and monitoring system.

    自由焊接設備一般由計算機軟件、送絲機及其調速控制系統、焊接電源、輔助設備、焊頭跟蹤或導向機構等組成。此外,根據用戶的需要,設備還會有其他部件,在購買設備時,可以根據實際工作需要選擇合適的設備類型使用。
